Hi, I'm coach Jewel
Welcome, I'm so glad you're here!

I am a licensed Cardiologist, certified health coach and wellness advocate. I empower individuals to discover and embody their unique version of optimal health, allowing them to thrive and reach their greatest potential.

I support clients in achieving total health by helping them understand their entire life.

Like you, I had a lot of anxiety and stress in my life. I had a lot going for me, yet something was lacking. I also lacked passion for my work and dreaded going to work in the mornings. I picked finding a career I was passionate about as a starting point and then expanded into other areas of my life, such as what activities make me happy and most recently, what changes do I need to make in my life to be healthier, physically, emotionally and mentally.

I knew one day I wanted to help women live happier, healthier and more present lives but as my background was cardiology and medicine I had no clue how I could do it.

Then I discovered I could become a Health and Life Coach and went back to school.

Now as a certified coach and with firsthand experience, I help women who are burnt out from juggling it all. Together we maximize their well-being so they can be successful in every area of their life.
